Fix $pushAll syntax

It appears $pushAll is not properly supporting multiple values. This fails in Scala 2.8.0 console with version 1.0.2:

val pushAll = $pushAll ("fruit" -> ("Blueberry", "Strawberry", "Boisenberry", "Raspberry", "Gooseberry", "Huckleberry"))

It should work.
