Investigate use of ClassUtil to assist with ORM and Serialization code

ClassUtil contains a number of scala tools for things like converting Maps (incl. nested) to Beans.

Investigate using ClassUtil, or using it's code as a basis for the ORM type questions we still need to answer, esp. regarding clean compatiblity with Java.

Ideally, transparent conversion to/from hibernate Beans and Mongo DBObjects would vastly simplify some things.
